Request data deletion
To delete your dojo portal account and associated personal information, email reubster@protonmail.com from your registered sign-in email with the subject Delete my Seishinkan dojo account. Include your full name and registered email address.
What happens next
We will verify the request and normally complete it within 30 days. We will delete or anonymise your member profile, contact details, grade and attendance records, and sign-in association. Limited fee or payment records may be retained when required for accounting, dispute resolution, security, or other legal obligations.
Facebook sign-in
Removing Seishinkan Aikido Dojo under Facebook's Apps and Websites settings stops future Facebook sign-in access. To remove information already held in the dojo portal, you must also send the deletion request described above. The app does not post to Facebook or retain your Facebook password.
